Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston’s Ready to Work program provides workforce readiness experiences for many club members.

Ready to Work Academy is an expansion in which the focus is to target younger youth and prepare them with the tools and experiences for workforce readiness and overall success.

Ready to Work Academy also holds a Saturday Academy component to leverage the opportunities for youth programs and provide more hands on experiences both inside and outside of the Boys & Girls Club’s they regularly attend. They will meet new youth from other BGC and will learn the value of networking very early on. More information to come, Saturday Academy launching January 2026.

Ready to Work Academy program runs weekly, once a week for one hour. Ages 11-14.
